We have a part time nanny for Aurora ready for when I start my masters in September, so in the meantime, I’m getting lots of cheeky time off whilst she gets used to her 🙂
Yesterday we spent the day in Leeds for a change of scenery. We spent the day shopping and then went for tea at this gorgeous restaurant called Issho at the top of Victoria market (which is also a stunning place). We were really impressed at how fancy Leeds had become.
The restaurant is a modern japaneeze served in a tapas style and the dishes just come to you when they’re ready. We had salmon avocado sushi, teriyaki salmon, the blackened cod and the duck buns. I loved all of it but our favourites were the cod and duck buns. I would absolutely recommend those, they were out of this world!
Its super atmospheric and if you can, request a table in the outdoor area which is near the bar area.
Here are a few snaps.
